Millbrook Loses Close Match to Salisbury

The Mustangs lost a close one today to our cross town rivals but had some terrific matches that could have gone either way.  Although Willy '08 and Logan '09 picked up a nice doubles win at #2, the other two teams lost giving Salisbury their first point.  In singles, Willy(2) extended his opponent to 3 sets before losing 6/4 in the third. John(3) '11 played tough with many long rallies before losing in the third. After dropping the first set, Logan(4) showed some guts by coming from behind to win in the third while Cole(6) '10 demolished his opponent dropping only two games on the way.
Final: 2 - 5.
