We welcomed over 320 parents to campus on Thursday, October 18th, for Fall Parents Weekend, a much-anticipated event.
Upon arrival, parents visited classes and enjoyed lunch in the dining hall before gathering in the Chelsea Morrison Theater to participate in a discussion with Headmaster Drew Casertano and guest speaker and alumnus Dr. Michael Thompson '65. Dr. Thompson is a consultant, author, and psychologist specializing in children and families, and the group conversation focused on unique challenges that parents face today and how to overcome them.
Many students enjoyed dinner at one of the local Millbrook eateries Friday evening with their families, and Mustang fans gathered at the athletic fields the following afternoon to cheer on Millbrook teams, including boys varsity soccer (who defeated Salisbury 5-3) and football (who defeated Forman 56-13).
Coming off of the excitement of the festivities, students joined their families over the extended weekend for some rest and relaxation. Look for photos from the weekend in our photo gallery.
