Reuniting at the NYC Reception

Nearly 200 attendees gathered on November 14th for Millbrook's annual reception in New York City, which was hosted at the New York Racquet and Tennis Club.

Alumni, parents, friends, and faculty gathered for good conversation, hors-d'oeuvres, and an update on Millbrook School. Bob Anthony '65 introduced Headmaster Drew Casertano, describing his 44-year history with Millbrook and the upward momentum the school has experienced under Drew’s leadership.

Headmaster Casertano spoke to Millbrook’s continued thoughtful growth, noting the completion of the new faculty housing, major Mill renovations, Case Hall renovations, and construction of the new maintenance facility. He also spoke to new programs, both academic and athletic, that are providing even more opportunities for Millbrook students to grow.

“We have been able to do these things because of two realities,” said Headmaster Casertano. “First, because we have an extraordinary board of trustees. And, secondly, because of you—your enthusiasm and commitment makes all the difference. I couldn’t be more grateful.”

The room was filled with positive energy and conversation for the remainder of the evening. Be sure to visit our online photo gallery for images from the event.
