Young team shows promise against a tough team on Parents Weekend

On a cold and blustery Parents Weekend Saturday, the boys cross country team ran its only home meet of the season.  Despite losing to a very good Brunswick team, Millbrook's Mustangs gave it their best effort.  Four runners had average paces under the seven minute mark representing some hard work over the last few weeks.  This was the first opportunity for some of the guys to run in an interscholastic race and these new runners ran their best times of the year.  Congratulations to all of the runners for their personal successes on a cold day.  Along with the weekend comes a well-deserved rest for a few days.
