The Mustangs traveled to Troy, New York to play their third game in four days against the Cadets of Hoosac School. Millbrook opened the scoring after a scoreless first period when Jayla Stever took a pass from Caleigh Murphy, walked the blue line at the point, and sniped a wrist shot top corner for her first career Millbrook goal. Though they generated numerous opportunities, the Mustangs could not bury another in the second period due to the stellar play of the Cadets' netminder. An unlucky deflection found its way past Morgan Ainley in the third period and regulation time expired with the teams deadlocked at 1. Millbrook continued to pressure the Hoosac defense in overtime and grabbed the win when Caleigh Murphy drove wide, curled, and hit a late streaking Lila Pannacciulli who tickled the twine for the game winner.
