Mustangs Take Season Opener

The Mustangs opened the season by taking on Div. 3 opponent, Storm King. From the opening face-off, the Mustangs controlled all aspects of the game. The boys would netted 3 goals in the 1st, 4 goals in the 2nd, and 3 goals in each of the 3rd & 4th quarters. Sharing duties in the goal, both Jack Linnartz & Zack Anson managed to preserve the shutout. The game was a great opportunity for those on the team, who have little experience in the sport, to get plenty of playing time. Up next, Indian Mountain School.
