Millbrook fights a tough Choate Team

Choate habitually fields a very strong JV team and this year Millbrook’s squad was a great match up for them. The Millbrook girls put together some very strong matches and gave Choate a run for their money. Emma Thomas won in 4 games at the #3 spot, Leisy Ruddock won in 4 games at the #4 spot and Alex Fresne also won in 4 games at the #8 spot. Kalli Havens (#6) lost a very tight match in 5 games, Mimi Anthony lost a very competitive match in 4 games (#1) and Emily Collins lost a back and forth match in 4 games as well (#7). Though Millbrook lost 5-2, it was a great match for both teams that challenged the girls to bring their best skill and concentration to the courts.
