2026 Guest Speaker: Megan Grant P'25

Megan Grant has been an avid Millbrook supporter since her daughter first arrived at Millbrook in the fall of 2021, and we are so glad to introduce her as Millbrook's next speaker at our annual women's event in New York City.

Megan began her career in business with a bachelor's degree in economics from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut, where she developed a strong foundation in business strategy and analytics. Upon graduating, Megan embarked on a career in the luxury and consumer goods industry, quickly establishing herself as a dynamic leader in marketing and retail.

Megan’s professional journey advanced at L’Oréal, where, for over 22 years, she held key executive leadership roles across multiple brands, showcasing her exceptional skills in marketing, retail, customer acquisition, digital strategy, and consumer products. Her expertise and strong results led to her appointment as president of L’Oréal’s Luxury Division in the U.S., where she oversaw 15 esteemed beauty brands.

In 2024, Megan joined Louis Vuitton Americas as president and CEO with the ambition to further amplify the brand’s desirability across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America. Embracing the House’s culture of excellence, Megan is committed to preserving Louis Vuitton’s legacy by cultivating high-performing teams, pursuing new growth opportunities, and setting ambitious standards for creativity, innovation, and an elevated client experience across the Americas.

A BRIEF HISTORY OF THE WOMEN'S RECEPTION

The brainchild of Millbrook alumna and trustee Caroline A. Wamsler, PhD '87 and longtime faculty members Nancy Stahl and Cindy McWilliams, the Annual Women's Event was launched in 2014, when a small group of Millbrook alumnae gathered for a tour at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City followed by afternoon tea. The request for a slightly stronger drink moved the event to the evening, and it now features a faculty speaker and brings together five decades of Millbrook alumnae.

Past speakers at the Cosmopolitan Club gathering have included Nancy Stahl, Jarratt Clarke, Erin Downs, Barbara Gatski, Cam Hardy, Kathy Havard, Eileen Jeffreys, Nancy Keller-Coffey, and Alan Tousignant. The annual event has continued to evolve, and while COVID-19 put a damper on in-person gatherings, we held a highly successful event in 2021, with Linda Casertano speaking to a large group on Zoom. All who gathered virtually enjoyed a delicious spread of locally produced appetizers delivered to their homes.

The in-person Women's Reception continues to take place at beautiful locations in New York City, and Millbrook alumnae fill the room. We gather to catch up, enjoy conversation, and hear from a member of the Millbrook family on a topic that resonates with Millbrook's mission.
