Millbrook @ Salisbury
In this game Millbrook ran into a talented and disciplined Salisbury team boasting a 17-4 record. Salisbury opened with stifling
full-court pressure and enjoyed many points off turnovers. Millbrook
eventually adjusted to the defense, but not before Salisbury took a
commanding lead. Millbrook regained their composure during halftime,
and returned playing smarter, more confident basketball. Point guard
Anthony Yip '08 led the squad on offense utilizing ample shot fakes to
neutralize overly aggressive defenders, while center Lynn Harrington
'08 held his own against Salisbury's sizable frontcourt. Running a
full-court press of their own, Millbrook was able to outscore
Salisbury in the second half.
