We almost made history today against Kent, earning an elusive second victory of the season, but alas it was not meant to be. Jesse Maltby, on his return to the team after finally recovering from his broken arm, put us ahead early on. A penalty was called against us in the second half, a penalty saved by our fearless keeper Heath Hartmann, but we were later undone by a silly defensive error which allowed Kent to equalize. Despite the tie, the boys had some real moments of brilliance today, a great basis on which to build for a strong finish to our season.
