Part-time Associate Director of Admissions

Millbrook School seeks a part-time Associate Director of Admissions for the 2025-2026 academic year.
Millbrook School is currently seeking an ambitious and vibrant individual to join our team as a part-time Associate Director of Admission, reporting to the Director of Admission. This role requires a passion for working with adolescents and enthusiasm for boarding school communities. The ideal candidate must possess outstanding interpersonal skills, a captivating presence with prospective families and students, and strong written and oral communication skills. The candidate will serve as a part-time member of the Millbrook School faculty, serving in some capacities where candidate abilities and interests align with Millbrook School’s faculty needs. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to coaching or supervising multiple afternoon programs and serving as an advisor for up to six students. Faculty members are also expected to participate in community service, evening responsibilities, activities, assemblies and attend required meetings and workshops. There is also a possibility for a full-time position if there is alignment in candidate abilities and interests and the School’s needs. Housing may be provided and would bring with it residential life duties.
A bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills are required. Coaching experience preferred. When determining placement in the salary range, Millbrook School considers total professional experience, number of years working at Millbrook School, and other factors permitted by law. Depending upon responsibilities, salary will be calculated as a percentage between 50% and 100% of the annual salary listed on this posting.

Salary range: $41,000-$55,000
Placement in the salary range is based on experience, education, and all other factors permitted by law.
