Millbrook School: Better by Design Transportation Request Form

Please complete the form below to request to participate in transportation services to/from local airports (John F. Kennedy, LaGuardia, or Westchester County) for the Winter Break.

DEPARTURE to JFK and LaGuardia airports: Buses will depart campus on Friday, December 18, at 6:45 a.m.
DEPARTURE to Westchester County Airport: Buses will depart campus on Thursday, December 17, at 3 p.m.

RETURN from JFK and LaGuardia airports: Buses will pick up at JFK (Kiss & Fly Lot) at 4 p.m. and LGA (Terminal B) at 5 p.m. on Monday, January 4.
RETURN from Westchester County Airport: Buses will pick up at 5 p.m. on Monday, January 4.

The cost of participating in busing through Millbrook School is approximately $100.00 each way. By submitting this form, you are confirming that you understand this and that you agree to have all fees associated with this service charged directly to your student's My Millbrook account.

If your child’s incoming flight is significantly delayed and they will miss the return to campus bus, the parent or guardian is responsible for arranging transportation back to campus if they miss the return bus.
