Millbrook School: Better by Design Transportation Request Form

Please complete the below form to request to participate in transportation services to/from local airports (LaGuardia and John F. Kennedy) for the Thanksgiving Break.

DEPARTURE: Buses will depart the Mills Athletic Center on Friday, 11/17 at 11:30 a.m. EST for LGA and JFK airports.
(While our school calendar states that there will be no early departures for the class day that ends at 3 p.m. if a student is signed up for this bus, they will be granted an early departure to accommodate the bus trip)

RETURN: Buses will be at JFK (Kiss & Fly Lot) and LGA (Terminal B) airports on Monday, 11/27, at 4 p.m. and 5 p.m. respectively to pick up and return to campus.

The cost of participating in busing through Millbrook School is approximately $100.00 each way. By submitting this form, you are confirming that you understand this and that you agree to have all fees associated with this service charged directly to your student's My Millbrook account.

If your child’s incoming flight is significantly delayed and they will miss the return to campus bus, the parent or guardian is responsible for arranging transportation back to campus if they miss the bus.
