Mike is passionate about his work with Camp for All Kids, an organization based in Chicago that creates pathways to the transformational experience of sleepaway camp for Black and Brown youth while fostering inclusive and equitable camp communities. Mike’s lifelong experience with overnight camp (North Star), together with his track record as the founder and 15-year leader of a youth-serving nonprofit (Intonation Music), demonstrates his passion for Camp for All Kids's mission and the strategic leadership and operational skills he brings to their programs.

Mike has been part of the Camp for All Kids family for 20 years as a board member, advocate, and strategic thought partner. He strives for operational and programmatic excellence, scale and impact, and long-term sustainability by leading through a lens of consensus and community responsiveness. His passion for our mission and experience working in the communities they serve make him an impactful leader of the organization.
