Millbrook 4 Lawrenceville 2

The Mustangs closed out week one of the season with a second hard fought road win, this time at Lawrenceville. After a sluggish first period Millbrook found their legs in the second getting two goals past the Lawrenceville goalie and heading into the last period with a 2-0 lead. In the third, penalties slowed down the Millbrook attack as Lawrenceville made a big push to get the game tied. Millbrook had just enough left to hold on icing the game with a late empty net goal.
