The Mustangs travelled to GFA without their two coaches, Westman and Lentricchia, who bother had family obligations. The girl's hockey coach, Coach Shapey, and our volunteer assitant, Coach Zucchero, stepped up to coach the team in their absence. The mustangs started out slow after a long bus ride and fell in the first game 12-25. Instead of hanging their heads, they fought back in the second set only to fall 18-25. Behind some long service runs from Ripley Sobo and Piper Strautman, Millbrook fought back in set 3 to take the lead at 21-20. GFA ran off a series of aces to eventually take the set 22-25 and ultimately the match.
