Beautiful Prom by the River in Poughkeepsie
Millbrook School held its 2025 prom Vth and VIth formers on Sunday at The Grandview in Poughkeepsie. The event provided students with an opportunity to don their finest attire and dance the night away.
Before heading to Poughkeepsie, students gathered on the Flagler Quad for pictures. After cheesing for couple and group photos—including the traditional rainbow photo of all the girls arranged by dress on the steps of the Flagler Memorial Chapel—everyone loaded into buses and vans to drive to the venue.

The Grandview is situated right beside the Hudson River and features an outdoor space on the water with a view of the Hudson River Bridge, giving the prom-goers a beautiful backdrop for their party. Students enjoyed good food and great music as they made lasting memories together.
