Millbrook School: Better by Design Transportation Request Form

Please complete the form below to request to participate in transportation services to/from local airports (John F. Kennedy, LaGuardia, or Westchester County) for Spring Break.

DEPARTURE to JFK and LaGuardia airports: Buses will depart campus on Saturday, March 6, at 6:45 a.m.
DEPARTURE to Westchester County Airport: Buses will depart campus on Friday, March 5, at 3 p.m.

RETURN from JFK and LaGuardia airports: Buses will pick up at JFK (Kiss & Fly Lot) at 4 p.m. and LGA (Terminal B) at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, March 24.
RETURN from Westchester County Airport: Buses will pick up at 5 p.m. on Wednesday, March 24.

The cost of participating in busing through Millbrook School is approximately $100.00 each way. By submitting this form, you are confirming that you understand this and that you agree to have all fees associated with this service charged directly to your student's My Millbrook account.

If your child’s incoming flight is significantly delayed, the parent or guardian is responsible for arranging transportation back to campus if the student misses the return bus.
