Millbrook girls lacrosse has enjoyed years of success in Western New England Athletic Conference, competing against opponents that include Greenwich Academy, Hotchkiss, Kent, Sacred Heart, and Williston. Hard work, dedication to the team, and a commitment to growing both as individuals and as a group have enabled this success. Using competitive small games, skill progressions, and larger game concepts, practices focus on pushing players to be comfortable with being uncomfortable. The varsity team is a group of student-athletes who work hard both on the field and in the classroom, grounded in accountability, selflessness, and competition.

Recent Millbrook graduates have played at the collegiate level at Boston University, Bowdoin, Connecticut College, St. Lawrence, Skidmore, Denison, Elmira, Georgetown, Hamilton, Hobart and William Smith, Lafayette, and Roanoke.
