Good showing in exhibition

Happy to get back on the courts for a generally nice day, and a very close match.  Kudos to our doubles for their three wins.  The match of the day has to be newcomers Sophie and Catherine who found themselves down 2-7 in an 8 game pro set and #1 doubles.  They battled back, facing numerous set/match points, to force a 10 pt super-tiebreaker.  They dug deep and battled through more set points before finally winning it 12-10!  It was very exciting.  More Kudos to Maggie Jones who battled a tough opponent and some nagging injuries and almost pulled out the win.
