OT Loss

Millbrook came out fast with great puck movement, good defensive play and strong team support from the bench. The game was 1-1 for a stretch and the Mustangs had difficulty breaking out of their zone. However, they were able to hold off Westminster and take a 3-1 lead in the third. Late in the third, the Martlets countered with 2 goals, sending the game into OT. Again, Millbrook struggled to get it out of their defensive end and Westminster scored half way through the overtime to win the game. A disappointing loss-Millbrook had dominated so much of the game, it stung to lose it.
