Mustangs drop home opener to Bears 2-5

The mustangs entered our first home match of the season missing Milo Stephenson (#3) and coach Turner and this immediately put the team in a difficult position.  With exams just around the corner and a change in routine, many of the players had a tough time finding their groove and all but two fell in three games.  Big kudos to captain Sutter Schwartz for earning his first victory at the #1 position after dropping the first game and to Luke Sosnow (#5) who played up a position on the ladder and still managed to notch a victory in five hard-fought games.  It was the second match where Luke's heart and hustle were on display.  We are all looking forward to a rematch later in the season against a talented Berkshire squad, hopefully with the entire squad available.
