Loss

The score does not reflect the effort that Mustangs gave for the entire game. Suffield was leading 1-0 at the half, and Millbrook kept the score at 2-0 until the last few minutes when fatigue and injury came into play. The defense played incredibly well, especially Captains Shaye Jasiel '24 and Annie Hallock '24, who both left the field at the end of the game limping with injuries and bruises from leaving it all out there. Caroline Saunders remained versatile, playing defense and midfield, stopping their attackers on multiple occasions with her quick dropped stick. Super proud of the effort, grit and heart, despite the frustrating loss.
