Mustangs Drop Hard Battle With Cats

The Lady Mustangs played host to Cheshire Academy. The contest would show both teams testing each other's backline throughout the day. While Millbrook did well to possess the ball, moving from the defensive third through the middle third, the girls were stymied by Cheshire's strong defense. Unfortunately for Millbrook, Cheshire was able to capitalize on their opportunities and walked away with the win. A big shoutout goes out to Mary LaFond who did a tremendous job of holding the center of Millbrook's defensive line - she was not to be beat.  Next up, Class C rival, St. Lukes.
