Thirds soccer fall to Berkshire on PK in last minute

The Mustangs played with skill and commitment for the entire game, holding off deep and talented Berkshire squad only to surrender a heartbreaking goal on a penalty awarded in the last minute. Goalkeeper Jake Percival saved the kick only to have a Berkshire player knock the ball in as Jake struggled to control the rebound. The entire team hustled and played good team defense all day to keep Berkshire off the board and very nearly pulled it off as, similar to last week, Berkshire's waves of substitutes wore out the hard pressed Mustangs in the second half. It's on to Rumsey Hall for the next game on Friday afternoon.
