Mustangs Gallop Away from Highlander in Second Half

Millbrook hosted The Gunnery on Friday evening. Two teams combined for a tight first half resulting in the Mustangs trailing by 3 with 2:25 left. Millbrook then went on a 5-0 run to head into the lockeroom with the lead. They would not trail again. Millbrook carried the lead through the final buzzer, outscoring the Highlanders 31-16 in the second half. 7 Millbrook players contributed in this strong full 32 minutes of basketball. The Mustangs hit the road tomorrow to compete against Canturbury School.
