Bears Bite Mustangs in OT
On one of the hottest days of the spring, Millbrook and Berkshire left everything on the field in an exciting and emotional lacrosse game. We had a great deal of momentum having won three games in a row heading into this contest. Given that we came from behind last season to steal a win at Berkshire, however, we knew this was going to be a battle. Unfortunately for Millbrook, Berkshire flipped the script this year and was able to stage a late rally to tie the game and then win it in overtime by a score of 8-7. The boys played hard. When we had the lead, we just couldn’t get that extra goal or two to take control of the game. A tough loss for us, but we have a lot to play for in our final game against Albany Academy next Wednesday.
