Until the Final Buzzer

Millbrook went down early against Greens Farms but never gave up and pushed each other to battle back and for the entire game. GFA went up 4-0 before the Mustangs got on the board. Hannah Cavanaugh`18 had 3 goals on the day. At halftime, the score was 7-4 for the Dragons. Though the mustangs were down to start the second half, they continued to battle as a team and until the last whistle. The defense played unreal the entire game - Soulas `18, Ham`17, May`17, Devey`17, Chamberlin`19, and Bishop-Manning`17. GFA played a great game and pushed the Mustangs to take care of the ball. GFA's #4 Katie Paliotta had 5 goals and was a force to defend. The mustangs held GFA to 2 goals in the second half and would add 4 of their own. Adding to the score board for the Mustangs along side Cavanaugh were Quartararo`18, Robinson`19, & Carr`18 - assists by Muscari`19 & Carter `18. With numerous shots on net, Millbrook was unable to get past the goalie in the later part of the game and get ahead of GFA. Millbrook fought until the last buzzer, finishing 2 goals short of winning. It was a great game by all!
