Night One started off against Albany Academy. The first period was back and forth and lots of chances from both teams. Millbroko ended the period 1-0 with a goal from Taylor ham `17 assisted by Ella Horn `18 and Kerry Carr `18. Millbrook went into the lockerroom and refocused on playing our hockey and disciplined hockey. Millbrook took 24 shots in the second period and continued to drive to the net. Millbrook netted two goals in the second period. Ham `17 unassisted and Cate Sinclair `20 assisted by Chloe Robinson `19 on the power play. Heading into the third period, Millbrook was not satisfied. They continued to work together starting in the back with goaltender Jessie Foote `18. Albany worked hard to put the puck in the net but Foote `18 denied them the entire game. Millbrook Scored two more goals in the third to end the game 5-0. Millbrook prepares to take the ice Saturday against Williston in their second LYB game.
