Jaeger builds and designs golf courses. He caught the golf bug while at Millbrook, and his CES project was to design a 9-hole course on Millbrook's campus.

After studying architecture and studio art at Hobart, he traveled the world building courses for top architects who focus on minimalism, using the land to guide the courses' routing and strategy. He also spends a lot of time restoring courses to how they looked and played in the 1920s. He generally just enjoys making them fun to play.
