Chemonomics
Chemonics is an international development consulting firm based in Washington D.C., and in her current role there, Emily is responsible for operations, financial management, project management, and proposal development for USAID-funded projects in the Middle East and North Africa Division. With a concentration on environmental programming, Emily has worked on many proposals and projects across the Middle East, West and Central Africa, and Haiti, which have been focused on agriculture, food security, natural resource management, and resilience. Two of her favorite projects to date were the USAID/Mali Climate Change Adaptation Activity and the USAID/Jordan Water Governance Activity.

Before Chemonics, Emily attended Lafayette College and majored in environmental studies. She led the student Environmental Awareness and Protection Club and the student Environmental Coalition. Bridging her international and environmental interests, in her senior year Emily completed an honors thesis entitled, "Environmental Justice and Natural Resource Management: A Case Study of Senegalese Fisheries,'' incorporating her field research in Dakar, Senegal.
