Last Away of the Season

It was a tough match up against Kent Saturday; but while the final score may be disappointing, I am personally proud of the grit our players showed on the courts. Evelyn, playing #6, lost her second game at aa close 11-9 margin. Max Dreyfus, a JV guest player, brought us our one win at five games, playing as our #3. But our own Vincent, playing #1, had us on the edge of our seats as he dragged his match into the fifth game. While he ultimately lost the match, it was high energy play that had me tired just watching! Our players should all be proud of their determination and good sportmanship.
