Laurel Greenfield '10 recently earned media coverage for her fun, food-themed artwork.
"I paint food because I’m always trying to capture those special moments of joy and nostalgia that are created when we eat something amazing with the people we love," says Laurel who paints everything from eggs and bacon to artichokes.
What started as a passion project has turned into a thriving business for Laurel. She now sells paintings, products that feature her artwork (e.g., phone cases, bags), and also hosts both in-person and web-based workshops.
