Millbrook Almost Tastes Revenge

Millbrook played one of their best games on Wednesday against IMS, almost earning sweet revenge. They were eager to show their improvement over these past few weeks, and they surely did. Nick Rayman put his name on the scoresheet with two fine goals, one off of an aggressive play and another while staying cool and composed off a great ball from Jacob Domber. IMS was resilient and answered back, keeping the game tied at 2-2 at half. Nathaniel Clizbe hit a rip to proudly get his first goal of the season, and Jack Hamilton added his name to the tally as well. 'Brook held their lead 4-3 in the second half until the very end, when an unfortunate series of events led to the ball in the back of their net. The team reacted wonderfully, keeping their head up and still fighting to the end. They learned a lot from this game–the heartbreak of soccer is that sometimes the results just don't want to fall your way, but it was a wonderfully successful day for the team, demonstrating how much they have grown over this season.
