'Brook gets their third win of the season

Millbrook traveled all the way up to Hoosac school for a wednesday afternoon game. Following a long bus ride and a short warmup, 'Brook was a little slow to start. They made plenty of chances in the first half, but weren't able to find the back of the net. Hoosac was dangerous on the counterattack and almost caught the boys sleeping several times. Connor Bressette opened the scoring in the second half. A work horse down the wing, he found himself some space to burry one in the back of the net, and did the same only minutes later to make it 2-0. 'Brook kept pushing for more while the defense held off the counterattacks. Tommy Burke stepped up and just missed a PK. Apirith would've scored two goals if it wasn't for the offsides rule! August finished the scoring with a spectacular run down the left side. He beat several Hoosac defenders on the endline and then ripped it off the far post and in–a magical moment for the left back!
