On the Road

The boys took to the road this afternoon to face a feisty Forman School side. The first half was a see-saw affair with each team scoring two goals and creating several other good scoring chances. We showed glimpses of the kind of play we generated on Saturday but not in the same sustained manner. Again, we took the field in the second half with renewed determination and quickly scored the game winner, a nice combination from Day to Bouda. This cushion allowed us to loosen up and play more creatively down the stretch. Colman, finally back from injury, bolstered the attack with two assists. Birthday boys D’Urso and Tardio were solid on defense. Simons and Sosnow played a strong game each, as did Lowry. Darmon earned honors as the player of the match.
