Performing Arts

Millbrook encourages students of all levels of experience to dive into the performing arts as dancers, musicians, singers, actors, dramatic writers and improvisation artists. Knowledge of diverse techniques helps our young artists to grow, both in skill and confidence. Creativity, problem solving, collaboration and peer review are critical to the artist's growth. We encourage students to expand their boundaries through creative exploration, not only of the world but also of themselves.

Join Us for The Addams Family!

Please save the date and join us for Millbrook's winter musical: The Addams Family.

THE ADDAMS FAMILY, a comical feast that embraces the wackiness in every family, features an original story and it’s every father’s nightmare: Wednesday Addams, the ultimate princess of darkness, has grown up and fallen in love with a sweet, smart young man from a respectable family—a man her parents have never met. If that wasn’t upsetting enough, Wednesday confides in her father and begs him not to tell her mother. Now, Gomez Addams must do something he’s never done before—keep a secret from his beloved wife, Morticia. Everything will change for the whole family on the fateful night they host a dinner for Wednesday’s “normal” boyfriend and his parents.

Millbrook's performances of The Addams Family will be held:
Thursday-Saturday, February 22-24, at 7:30 p.m.
in the Chelsea Morrison Theater

Those who cannot make one of our three performance dates may attend our open dress rehearsal on Wednesday, February 21, at 7:30 p.m.
