Mustangs Defeat Forman & Set Sights on Upcoming Night Game Against Gunnery

The Mustangs defeated Forman on Saturday (56-13), with quarterback Kevin Justice '19 starting the game with an 18-yard touchdown run, followed by Mike Nassif '20 scoring the 2-point conversion. Nassif '20 went on to score two more touchdowns on pass receptions.

Points were also put on the board by Matt Amato '19 and Thomas Sullivan '20, with Amato '20 scoring 3 touchdowns, one of which was on a 70-yard punt return, another on a 50-yeard run, and the last on an 80-yard kick-off return. Ryan Davis '19 made a key block, which allowed for one of Amato's touchdowns, and Sullivan '20 made a touchdown on a reception.

The Mustang defense was also a consistent force, keeping Forman mostly at bay. The defense also scored a touchdown on a 30-yard pass interception by Jack Linnartz '21, where the deflected pass fell into his arms and he outsprinted Forman into the end zone.

It was an exciting win for the Mustangs, generating momentum for this Saturday's home night game under the lights against Gunnery.

Join us this Saturday, October 27th, to cheer on our Mustang football team as they take on Gunnery at home under the lights!
