CES - Cindy '18
A Graphic Novel with a Soundtrack
When Cindy presented her CES jaws dropped in awe. It wasn’t enough for her to create her own graphic novel—Cindy took things to a whole new level by also producing a musical score complete with lyrics that follow the storyline in her novel. With some guidance from faculty, Cindy taught herself the skills necessary to create her masterpiece. After drawing all of the illustrations, she taught herself design and layout programs to create the book. In order to add music her story, she taught herself digital music production software. A skilled artisan in every way, the quality and nuanced detail of Cindy’s work is truly professional.
