All attendees must be vaccinated and provide a negative COVID test prior to the event (PCR within 72 hours or antigen test within 24 hours). Proof of vaccination must be presented upon entry to the venue. Proof of your negative COVID test must be submitted to Millbrook through the visitor's health form [LINK]. All guests will remain masked for this event and surgical masks are preferred. Please also be respectful of our venue's dress code: jackets, collared shirts, dress pants, and dresses or skirts required. No jeans or athletic attire.
