Albany 4 Millbrook 2

Albany Academy defeated Millbrook in the first round of the Empire Cup by a score of 4-2. The Cadets had a very strong first period against Millbrook and went into the first intermission with a 2-0 lead. Millbrook played better in the final two periods and chipped away at Albany's lead but they were never able to get the game tied up. Albany iced the game in the third with a power play goal with ten minutes to play.
