Millbrook is rolling out a three-part plan to keep our community healthy, active, and connected.

Our wellness team (Sarah Stanton

, and Cam Hardy
) are prepared to provide individual student support via telehealth meetings. They will also be hosting virtual venues such as peer support groups, and Reverend Hardy will be offering weekly live-stream moments of spirituality and meditation.
Next, our faculty are hosting a number of live workouts. Login through Zoom and follow along. See the schedule of live workouts on the right side of this page.
The third piece is a daily challenge that will be posted daily via our Instagram
stories and Twitter
account. Whether your gym is now your living room or backyard, you will have no problem completing these workouts. We encourage all members of the Millbrook community to take part and share their success.
