A Spectacular Snow Ball

The annual Snow Ball is a much-anticipated event, and this year's dance exceeded expectations. Millbrook parents donated wreaths and trees for decoration, and P.L.A.N. parents worked diligently throughout the morning of the event, transforming the barn into a stunning backdrop for the festivities.

“Millbrook parents always make this event extra special. Whether it be by donating wreaths and trees or by coming to campus to transform the Barn into a stunning space, they make it happen, and we are so grateful," said Director of Parent Programs Barbara Gatski.

Students dressed in formal and festive attire and enjoyed refreshments and music from DJs "Mr. Not so Silent Night" (Mr. Brown) and "Mr. White Christmas" (Mr. Whiting).

Beyond being a fun social event, the Snow Ball also serves as a benefit for Outreach, with proceeds from ticket sales being donated to support the organization's efforts. Students and faculty participating in Outreach educate members of the school community about human service needs that exist beyond Millbrook's campus and help address those needs in the local area.

Students will now turn their attention to wrapping up the fall semester and to final exams before heading off for winter recess.
