Mustangs Shut Out Gunnery Under the Lights
The Mustangs earned a definitive win over Gunnery on Saturday evening with a final score of 52-0.
Despite the rainy weather and muddy football field, the Mustangs moved the ball consistently. Mike Nassif '20 was the first to get points on the board with a 30-yard touchdown run, and Kevin Justice '19 followed with the 2-point conversion. Other touchdowns came from Matt Amato '20, who scored 4 touchdowns and a 2-point conversion, Ryan Davis '19, who scored two touchdowns off of pass receptions and one 2-point conversion, and Ian Devine '19, who scored a touchdown on a 2-point conversion. The Millbrook defense kept Gunnery's offense at bay, and holding penalties further helped our Millbrook Mustangs.
This was Millbrook's third win of the season, bringing the overall record to 3-2. The team will play its last regular season game at home against Forman on Saturday, November 3rd.
