Greg Koutsomitis ‘18 Commits to Join D1 Dartmouth Men's Hockey Team

Alumnus Greg Koutsomitis ‘18 has had an extraordinary few months since graduating this past May, most recently committing to join the Division I Dartmouth men’s hockey team in 2019.

Koutsomitis ‘18 was featured in New York Hockey Journal's October issue and has been paying for the Jersey Hitmen in the USPHL NCDC since graduation. The article notes his "seamless transition" from Millbrook to USPHL NCDC, and his hard work has been paying off, as he has averaged nearly one point per game through his first handful of contests.

Koutsomitis '18 played for two seasons as a Mustang, scoring a total of 41 goals, offering 38 assists, and earning 79 points during that time.

"Greg was a pleasure to coach at Millbrook," says Millbrook's Head Boys Varsity Hockey Coach Vinnie Sorriento. "He is a driven young man and with a tremendous ability to play his best in big games and under pressure. He has a great hockey IQ and he will be a very good player at the collegiate level."

There is no doubt that Koutsomitis '18 will make an impact on the ice and in the classroom once he gets to Dartmouth and we are excited to follow his continued success.
