Millbrook Wins a Close One to Finish the Season

No more than seven points ever separated the two teams, and Gunnery took a four point lead -- its first -- with about five minutes left in the game. Neither team scored easily, and the game was a little ragged, but the Mustangs stuck with the game plan and prevailed by regaining the lead with two minutes remaining. Mateo Winogrand '19 made two clutch free throws to seal the game, and made 7 of 10 for the game, ending with nine points. Henry Frankenbach '19 took a big charge to help turn the tide, and Nick Rayman '20 was relentless on the glass. Charlie Zhu and Henry Wang, our two seniors, played hard in the final Millbrook contest.
