Millbrook Earns First Win

THe Mustangs played with great intensity and energy in a game that was close for three quarters. Up three at the half, Millbrook opened the second half with a burst of scoring generated by forced turnovers, and then steadily built a lead from there. Tommy Burke '20 led all scorers with 14 points, and went to the line for ten foul shots. Tommy also led the defense out front, and managed 14 tipped balls. Nick Rayman '20 also played an excellent game before leaving with a split lip earned taking the ball to the basket, and scored 7 points himself. Overall, this was Millbrook's best team effort on both ends of the floor. Other scorers included Mate Winogrand '19 (4), Zach Abdeen '19 (7), Toby Ayer '19 (4 points to go with six steals), Ben Sosnow '19 (5) and Charlie Zhu '18 (6).
