Lakes Region Weekend: KUA

Millbrook played their second game this weekend against Kimball Union Academy. Millbrook and KUA faced each other in the last game of the Southfield Tournament in December. KUA is a fast team and Millbrook had to make adjustments to minimize the impact of their speed. Millbrook had some promising opportunities in front of KUA's net including a few odd-man rushes. The girls were able to put one underneath the goalie in the second period. The girls battled hard again, but they will continue to work on capitalizing on opportunities and tightening up their play in the defensive end.
