Eighteen Millbrook Student Pieces Selected for National Photography Competition

Eighteen pieces by Millbrook photography students were juried into Exposure, a national competition hosted by Mill Street Loft in Poughkeepsie, NY.

More than 90 students from seven states and three countries entered more than 400 works for this year's competition. Digital, traditional, and experimental photography are all accepted. 85 pieces were selected by a jury of professional photoghraphers and artisits, 18 of which were from Millbrook students.

This is the thirteenth annual high school exhibition and competition that The National Art Honor Society of The Art Institute of Mill Street Loft has presented. The event is an exciting opportunity, as it not only offers the opportunity for students to win prizes, but also to present their work at a professional level and get feedback from working photographers.

The works will be on display at the Carol J. Wolf Gallery throughout March and April. You can also view them on our online photo gallery.
