2. Complete the Clarity application by January 15
Starting on September 1, you may begin the application process and access the PFS online at https://app.clarityapp.com/sign-up
You will create a username and password which enables you to return to your Clarity application at a later date. This process should take about 30 minutes.
Add Millbrook as a recipient of your Clarity application.
In the case of separated or divorced parents, each parent is required to complete a Clarity application and submit any additional financial documents that are required,regardless of custodial agreements.
There is a non-refundable fee for submitting your Clarity application. If your family qualifies for a fee waiver, the payment will be waived automatically.
